1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Maison Aranoz and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. Handcrafted wood grain, colour and finish vary naturally from piece to piece. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
4. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Pieces
Many pieces are handcrafted to order to your chosen wood, finish, fabric and dimensions. Production lead times are estimates and may vary. Because made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, they are non-returnable except for a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged item.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery. A deposit may be required to begin a bespoke order.
6. Delivery & Assembly
Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Larger items are delivered with white-glove service where available; please ensure access, doorways and stairwells can accommodate your piece, and that your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm before dispatch.
7. Warranty
Solid hardwood frames carry a ten-year warranty against manufacturing defects; upholstery and finishes carry a one-year warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage from unsuitable environments such as excessive heat, damp or direct sunlight.
8. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel an in-stock order before it is dispatched. In-stock pieces may be returned within the stated home-trial period in original, unused condition. Bespoke made-to-order pieces are non-returnable except for a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged product. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.
9. Privacy & Your Data

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product images, designs, logos and graphics, belongs to Maison Aranoz or its suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Aranoz shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or services. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
